  I was understandably more careful with my belongings after that and left everything that was critical in my car. If they gave it to me, they must have given it to everyone else!

  I noticed that the second card just came out of a drawer and did not go through a machine. Thinking that was suspicious, I tried the card on several doors and determined that it worked on every one. I tried it on at-least 7 doors and it unlocked every single one!!

  On our second night there, my keycard stopped working. I spoke to the reception and they informed me that this happened to all cards that were activated the same day as mine. They took my card, and ran it through a machine before giving it back to me stating, "It should work now". Then they gave me a second card, "just in case the first one didn't work."

  Clean, professional and courteous service. Also, great localization in Rouyn. Close from the restaurants, bistros and services. I reccommend this hotel over the Gouverneur.

  This best western hotel had great staff .great rooms. breakfast was medium choice selection compared to many I have stayed in. Food was good quality and service from restaurant staff high end. Parking in this location was a problem for us .parking lot is tiny and located in the back of the building across the street. Not ideal at all. Not suitable for any vehicle towing even a short trailer.

  Great location and the hotel itself has gym as well. Communicating over the phone was a bit hard for us since we spoke only English but still good service.
