  The person working the cash seemed to have little knowledge of the menu and had enormous trouble understanding us in either French or English and the person ordering for us was a francophone adult who was born and raised in Rouyn. The cashier asked her if she was from the United States. Part of the order was two double cheeseburgers and we ended up with a single burger with four patties and four cheese slices. (Sorry I didn't take a picture) Our drinks were forgotten and we had to remind them of what we ordered. Finally all the soda dispensers were out of Coke Zero. On the brighter side everything tasted exactly as expected.

  Slow service and each time we order at the drive thru, we get home and something is missing from the bag... Ugh! :/

  So far orders have always been complete and the service has been fast and courteous. Making substitutions on orders is a breeze. Will continue going to this location.
